What Ifs.....

I often think about what ifs? ...And today on my drive home from work... I had a good what if convo with myself..(in my head of course) he he
Here is the basics of it...
So 3 months ago i had this poo poo job... where the benifits stunk and mainly everything about it stunk... so i had requested time off for christmas to go home and be with my family, months in advance... and about 3 weeks before the requested time off they told me I couldnt have it... So i was VERY angry and sad thinking i was going to be all alone for christmas...untill i figured ...well in the mean time maybe i can find a new job ( i hated this one anyhow) And ill just give them my notice and take the time anyway. That weekend i went out for drinks with friends and was telling them about it, and there happened to be a friend of a friend there and she told me how her company was hiring. Its sounded great and the next day i sent my resume to her for her boss to review....make a long story short i got the job was able to give my two weeks notice and went home for christmas.....Now here is the what if of the story... What if they would have let me have off for christmas .... i would have not found this awesome job that supplied me with AWESOME health insurance( it kicked in the day i started, thank got it was only a week later i found out i was preggers.) They are very flexiable about my doctors apointments and.... im not on my feet all day. Oh did i forget to mention that i recieve 8 weeks paid in full maternity leave :) The other company did not offer anything close to these benefits!
So i truley believe that EVERYTHING happens for a reason.... and to me its so obvious.:)
There are so so so many more what ifs but ill spare you guys :)
