3rd Trimester

Today I am 28 weeks, which means I hit the 3rd trimester, Its crazy how I feel such a sense of relief...like I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.  Its not that I don't like being pregnant,;)  but im ready to just settle down with my family of four and get our lives back to somewhat normal....and ahem...MY BODY.

These days I'm feeling SORE, everything down to my toes, I cant get comfortable, and am having a hard time sleeping, this is how a typical night goes-
I got to bed around 10-11, wake up around midnight to use the bathroom (even though I go right before I go to bed) and cant fall back asleep because someone is SNORING :) Finally I fall back asleep  just to start it all over again an hour later. Also our GREAT sleeper Kylie is no longer a great sleeper, she is up at 6:30 am and doesn't "play" in her crib anymore, she says things like "MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMY" or I have to go POTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTY over and over again until we get her.
I think she is just getting us ready for some sleepless nights, how thoughtful right :)
We are making the transition to big girl bed in the next couple of weeks, I wonder how this will go? She is super excited about it, so maybe she will LOVE sleeping again.

Not much going on with the house, we have some lookers but no offers yet, Scott is getting discouraged but I say it will happen when it happens, no need to stress. Even if we have to move right after the baby is born, it may suck but, at least were getting it done with.

Last week we went to the elective 4d ultrasound, It was Scott's early Mothers Day gift to me, BEST ONE EVER...because our baby boy put on such a show, he was smiling and it looked like he was laughing, Of course I'm going to say this , but I cant believe how cute he is already, makes me SO ANXIOUS to cuddle him.

Rachel, be happy with your 2 and a half years of your amazing sleeper! You guys have been VERY LUCKY with Kylie! Hopefully Baby Boy sleeps well for you, but...I don't know if you'll get the same kind of lucky again. :)

Soooooooooooooooo sorry to hear you're having sleep problems. I always had insomnia when pregnant as well so I totally feel for ya (especially with a 2 year old). You will have zero problems sleeping once Baby Boy arrives!

It must make you feel so happy to see that he is well AND he is smiling already!
