Fetal development in pregnancy week 28:fetus in seventh month You know how you’ve been feeling a bit like a barn with legs? Well, that feeling won’t subside before… well, you know, when you finally give birth. For the time being, you’ve got yourself a baby in the business of collecting fat and lots of it! In spite of the dubious joys of being a human-barn, this baby fat business is very serious and you’ve got to put up with it because it’s going to keep your little porker warm and healthy after birth. Other good stuff from inside: their eyes are doing lots of blinking this week because they’re now able to respond to light and dark. Also, their industrious little bone marrow is now a major construction site for developing red blood cells, while their super-cute adrenal glands are actually producing androgen and estrogen—which will stimulate your hormones to begin milk production. Can you say, “Moo?”
Also as i sit here posting this blog i am eating saltines, cream cheese and olives...AKA cream cheese olives and crackers.... This is by far and has always been my fav snack!! It is also my earliest, most vivid memory of childhood! I think i must have been four at the most 5 and my momma and I would eat these as an afternoon snack and watch Days of our Lives! To this day i think we may be the only ones who actually eat this concoction? But i think you should give it a try....here is the recipe :)
Saltines.... Dont get the no name ones they break easy!! As i just learned
Cream cheese..... i got the kind in the tub its easier to spread
And green olives!
(surprised?)
So basically you just spread the cream cheese on the crackers VERY carefully, And top it off with a green olive!! MMMMM Im gonna go make more.
I wont be surprised if this becomes the "latest" hour durve) and the next coctail party you attend :) JK
Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Rae, As i was reading about the cream cheese, crackers and olives, I was thinking about how we ate those in the afternoon as we watched Days of Our Lives and wondered if you remembered that. Of course, as I read futher, I see that you do.That has always been your favorite. You should make an olive tapanade for that snack, it is easier to eat.
That's so funny.. Sarah picks on me for eating those. She thought I made it up until I just read your blog to her. Try them with those big Wasa crackers.. mmm mm good.
