Easter 2011

So one of the things Scott and I discussed when we first realized we were pregnant with Kylie is traditions and holidays... we quickly decided that we wanted to be with our families as much as we could for the holidays. We decided on Thanksgiving in NJ, Easter in Buffalo and Christmas in NC. It is really important to me that our kids remember the holidays the way I do, with family and tradition.

So last Thursday off we went to Buffalo.
By this time Kylie is a pro at flying this was her 7th time going on a plane. She did really well! Even when her stomach got a little queasy and she lost her lunch....shortly after I lost my lunch...Rough flight YUCK. We were so happy to finally be off the plane.

My Dad picked us up and the plan was to go right to Niagara Falls...(the original plan also included nice weather) It was a cold dreary day...but we had fun, Leah and the Boys met us there too.

The rest of the weekend was FILLED with FOOD! Pretty much all my favs! We had such a good time, Kylie really loves spending time with everyone and it melts my heart to see her play with my nephews! They are so good with her! 

Kylie colored eggs with "the guys" They had a blast and were so grossed out when K ate a hard boiled egg :)

Here she is on Easter morning going through her loot...I thought she was going to jump through the roof when she found out the Easter Bunny left her Princess Band-aids. SHE IS OBSESSED WITH BOTH Band-aids and Disney Princess
